These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Classics R Us website and related online services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

6. Advance Payments and Transaction Terms

CRU requires a 25% advance payment to secure a vehicle. The remaining 75% balance is payable on delivery, subject to the applicable sales agreement, invoice, purchase confirmation or other transaction document.

CRU does not currently offer escrow arrangements. The payment method, refund entitlement, cancellation rights, delivery obligations, ownership transfer and any transaction-specific conditions are set out in the applicable transaction documents.

7. Vehicle Availability

All vehicles are subject to availability. A vehicle may be sold, withdrawn, re-priced, found unsuitable, fail inspection, become unavailable or cease to meet CRU’s standards before a transaction is confirmed.

CRU reserves the right to decline, suspend or cancel any enquiry, sourcing request or proposed transaction where CRU considers this appropriate for legal, commercial, operational or reputational reasons.

8. Import, Shipping and Delivery

Where CRU assists with import, logistics, customs clearance or delivery, timelines may depend on sellers, transporters, shipping lines, freight forwarders, port authorities, customs authorities, inspection providers and other third parties. Estimated shipping or delivery timelines are indicative only unless expressly guaranteed in writing. CRU is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, port congestion, customs inspection, documentation issues, government processes, weather events, force majeure, seller delay or buyer delay in providing payment or information.

9. User Accounts and Information

If you create an account or submit information through the website, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account. CRU may suspend, restrict or terminate access where an account is misused, contains inaccurate information, creates risk or breaches these Terms.

10. Permitted Use of the Website

You may use the website only for lawful enquiries and legitimate interaction with CRU’s services. You must not copy listings, scrape website content, reproduce vehicle descriptions, misuse images, interfere with website functionality, submit false enquiries, impersonate another person, upload harmful code or use the website for unlawful, misleading or competing commercial purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, branding, vehicle descriptions, assessment frameworks, rating labels, layouts, design elements and other materials, belongs to CRU or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercially exploit or use any website content without CRU’s prior written permission.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, inspection providers, logistics providers, payment channels, social media platforms or other external services. CRU is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, security, performance or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.

CRU’s collection, use, storage and processing of personal information is governed by the separate CRU Privacy Policy available on this website. By using the website or submitting information through it, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the website, reliance on listing information, vehicle condition issues, seller misrepresentation, third-party information, inspection decisions, shipping delays, customs delays, changes in market value or buyer failure to conduct due diligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

CRU may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website and will apply from the date of publication unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory applicable law, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the website or your use of the website.
